      Early this week, I had the privilege and pleasure to sit at a farm table with good friends. And just about all of what we ate was raised on that farm or nearby – even the grape juice . . . not sure about the cranberries though. It gave me cause to think back about how as a child, I enjoyed the fruits, vegetables and beeves (even an occasional rabbit) of our labors.       Most of us have traveled into America's landmark cities – Boston, New York and Washington. Some of us have even ventured to those on the Pacific side.
