    Government Shutdown Didn't Affect Bobby

    I know a guy named Bobby Tango who lives in a little unincorporated community known as The Shack, which isn't really a nice place. You see, Bobby is a homeless fellow I help out occasionally when he needs a bologna sandwich or a couple of bucks for socks.
