The 990 Service Special (990SS) from Thunder Creek Equipment is the latest in the firm's lineup of fuel and service trailers.

With 990-gallons of fuel carrying capacity and 64 cubic feet of tool and supply storage space, the new trailer competes directly against service trucks as a complete field service station. The trailer is also capable of being augmented with an ISO-compliant Diesel Exhaust Fluid tank and pumping system for Tier4A and later clean-air engines.

The 990SS has a GVWR of 18,000 lbs. and a redesigned heavy-duty frame. The trailer rides on an 8-inch C-channel chassis with three 6,000 lb. torsion axles and comes with a gooseneck or bumper hitch design. It also features a front tool box to house the pumping systems; a driver side tool cabinet that can be equipped with a factory-installed six-drawer tool chest; a passenger side tool cabinet with one shelf;  and a rear utility box that can be left open or customized with one of several factory-installed options, including a new welder/air-compressor/generator combination.

The 990SSS is the latest entry in Thunder Creeks lineup of fuel and service trailers, and like its name indicates, he carries 990 gallons of fuel.
