The New York Beef Producers’ will present a series of free beef programs on February 20, 21 & 22, during the New York Farm Show at the State Fairgrounds in Syracuse. Show hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. These programs are free to the show visitors and will be held at the New York Beef Producers’ display in the dairy building. Many interesting and informative topics will be discussed daily.

Yes, the popular hot beef sundae will be back! N.Y. Beef Industry Council begins serving those bowls of buttery mashed potatoes on slow-roasted beef, topped with gravy plus Cheddar Cheese and a cherry tomato, at 11 a.m. daily.
