NIMBLE Registered for Small Grains

Cheminova offers post-emergence broadleaf herbicide for grains.

Cheminova, Inc., has received registration for NIMBLE herbicide, a selective, postemergence broadleaf control for weeds in wheat, barley, oats and fallow fields.

The sulfonylurea compound with thifensulfuron plus tribenuron as active ingredients controls larger broadleaf weeds than many other herbicides.

Cheminova's technical services director Jim Barrentine says NIMBLE plus 2,4-D offers broad spectrum control of tough weeds like buckwheat, redroot pigweed, common lambsquarter and volunteer sunflower, while still allowing excellent rotational flexibility.

NIMBLE comes in a water dispersible granule formulation.
