The Secretary of State's Office released the monthly notice of vacancies that have occurred in multi-member state agencies. One vacancy is for an agricultural representative to serve on the board of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. The position is appointed by the governor.
Compensation is $55 per diem.
The nine MPCA board members must include one member who is a representative of labor and one member who is a representative of agriculture. The agency commissioner is chair of the Board. Meetings are held monthly. There is no set meeting location.

Applications submitted by July 24 are assured of full consideration by the appointing authority. Appointing authorities for these agencies may choose to review applications received by the Secretary of State after that date. Applications are kept on file for a one year period.
