Monitoring carbon dioxide levels in the air above and around stored grain, fruit and vegetables is one of the best indicators of the produce's condition, and being able to control the CO2 levels gives growers another tool to improve storage or enhance growth rates.
The Intellisenc YieldMinder CO2 system monitors CO2, humidity and temperature from sensors mounted in various locations and funnels them through a single standard CAT5 cable. The sensors measure from 0 to 5,000 ppm CO2 levels and has an operating temperature range from -22 F. to `140 F. All sensors are mounted in a filtered enclosure protecting them from dust.
