Going Mobile for Parts

John Deere creates mobile-focused version of its online parts information sites.

Published on: Jul 3, 2013

The rapid rise in the use of smart phones by farmers has companies working hard to create ways to reach you anywhere. John Deere has announced it has created a new mobile version of jdparts.deere.com. The new service gives users access to parts information from any device with a web connection.

If you enter that web address in your smart phone, the system automatically kicks you over to the mobile version - m.jdparts.deere.com. Tablets don't always "auto select" the mobile version so those users will want to type in m.jdparts.deere.com for the best experience, Deere reports.

With the mobile version you can search by parts catalog, model number, part number or keyword to locate just what you need for parts or attachments. As you can see from the images on this page, the mobile site has been significantly restructured to work with smart phone and tablet devices, providing streamlined access to key features.
