The front-mount hitch offers a range of benefits on bigger tractors as producers seek increased productivity. Front-mount hitch innovator LaForge is expanding its GreenLink line of front hitches for John Deere tractors with the HD6/9R PowerFold model for 9R series articulated 4-wheel-drive tractors up to 560 hp.
The front-hitch has a 14,100-lb. lift capacity that allows the user to put it to work on a range of applications from rippers and dozer blades to tanks and cultivators. And the hitch has LaForge's PowerFold system that allows the user to fold and unfold the hitch from the cab. This is a standard feature for the HD6/9R.
FRONT HITCH PERFORMER: The Greelink HD6/9R Powerfold hitch is shown here with optional 5,940-lb Easymass weight.
Buyers can also add a range of options including remote switches, hydraulic center link, and you can choose from a range of automatic control systems including the Fleximass ballasting system and easy mass weights.
