If you can take a "pawfect" picture and tell why your farm dog deserves the Northeast's "Top Farm Dog" title, there's a $250 "bone" just waiting for you to fetch. We'll send you the money, not a bone, as the top prize-winner in American Agriculturist's 24th annual Northeast Rural Living Photo Contest.
So catch your praise-worthy pooch in a photogenic pose. Then fetch it and send it in, along with a short story about why your canine deserves the award. Winning photos are eligible for up to $600 in prize money, with first prize worth $250.
Entries must be received by July 26. Send only high-quality photo prints or high-resolution digital images (jpeg files) that are in razor-sharp focus. No soft-focused pictures, camera-phone prints or digital 4x6 prints under 400 dpi will be accepted.
