A free educational seminar will be held Thursday, March 22, at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center on the campus of Michigan State University for farmers interested in learning about production practices and the benefits of growing Genuity Roundup Ready Alfalfa.
Presentations will include academics and industry spokespersons discussing practices for optimum alfalfa stand establishment and management, dairy rations and weed management recommendations.
The seminar will also feature a panel of area farmers discussing their experience growing Genuity Roundup Ready Alfalfa, which offers unsurpassed weed control to provide the opportunity for higher yield and improved feed quality.
