One of the most popular programs available to farmers for more than 40 years is coming up. The deadline for entries to the National Corn Growers Association's National Corn Yield Contest is Aug. 1. Entries must be postmarked or submitted online no later than that date. State and national contest winners will be recognized in various publications and at the National Awards Banquet and State Awards Breakfast at the 2010 Commodity Classic in California.
