Disk sharpening on the gang is complete 50% faster with Ingersoll's new EdgeCare Plus system. The company claims disk blades can be restored to factory approved sharpness, even while mounted on the gang. The EdgeCare Plus system is portable, operates on standard 110 volts and is designed for easy and fast setup on the gang.
The company explains that it's cold sharpening technology extends blade life. The company reports that the inside ground bevel profile improves the disk's cutting ability but does not reduce blade diameter. Average sharpening time is two to three minutes for a 24-inch disk. And an extra sharpening wheel is included with purchase. For more information, visit www.ingersolltillage.com.
