"Dairymen the Moo-sical" opens at Stoughton High School on Oct.31 for five performances of the new musical comedy written by two sisters from rural Wisconsin.
Directed by Michael Bruno of Bruno's Best Bets on WISC-TV Channel 3 "Live at Five," the cast features experienced local talent from the Madison area, a variety of music genres, and guaranteed laughs. "Dairymen The Moo-sical," premiered in Kewaskum last May to full houses and excellent reviews. "You don't have to know anything about farming to love this show." says Brenda Strack, book writer. The score, written by Melanie Wiltse, includes "Ya' Gotta Love Cows," "Topside of the Turf," "Big Shotz Blues," "Field of Stars," and "Dairymen's Quar-teat," among many others.
