Four models of twin-row, 3-point vacuum planting ability are now available from Crustbuster in its TW 1636, TW 1638, TW 1640 and SL 3238 planters.

This vacuum metered planter works with corn, cotton, soybeans and milo on a seed bed planting twin rows.

Crustbuster's parallel linkage planter opener is an industry leader with five pressure spring settings from 125 to 500 pounds constant down pressure through a 10-inch travel. The openers on the Crustbuster machine are 16-inches by 4 mm for longer wear than the competition's smaller openers and they are mounted on a 9.5 degree angle, instead of 14 degrees—which lessens soil disruption for better closing and less pull force.

Large two-bushel-per-foot seed boxes carry double the seed as a conventional row unit seed box planter on a three point frame so down pressure is not changed by varying seed weight on the opener.
