Our own Paul Penner, President of the Kansas Association of Wheat Growers, was in the spotlight early Friday morning on CNBC's Squawk Box program.

Penner talked about the volatility of wheat prices because of Russia's announcement that it will not have enough wheat to export and other adverse weather news around the globe.
