    I recently had a chance to interview Bruce McPheron the new vice president for agricultural administration and dean of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences at The Ohio State University. McPheron comes to Ohio from Penn State where he was the Dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences.     For most of us in agriculture when we get to 17th Ave. in Columbus we turn west and head to the Ohio State Fairgrounds.     I wrote in the December issue of Ohio Farmer that Jack Fisher was the Ag Man of the Year.
